The location was great, close to eateries and fantastic restaurants. it was only a short walk away from Queen Victoria market. The apartment was a nice size but unfortunately had few advantages or facilities.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing enough space for our family. The hotel offered excellent amenities, including laundry service and ironing facilities, making our stay even more comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed. our experience at this hotel was fantastic!

The location of the apartment was superb, situated in a bustling area with many restaurants and shops nearby. the apartment was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable living space during our stay. One of the best aspects was the accommodating receptionist who was quick to handle any issues that arose during our visit.

The apartment showed signs of wear and tear, with outdated furnishings and appliances. The air conditioning unit was broken and we had to rely on a small heater that was provided.

The hotel had an outstanding location with plenty of food options around and easy access to public transportation. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions we had. the hotel rate was very fair and the communication prior to check-in was great.

The apartment had stains on the bed linen and a dirty and yellow-toned bath. The kitchen had an odd smell, a leaking fridge, and the outdoor courtyard wasn't clean.

The location of the property was perfect for exploring Melbourne. I was able to easily walk to popular attractions like the Queen Victoria Market and the State Library of Victoria. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
